 一、产品介绍：

　　单组份潮(湿)固化聚氨酯防水涂料是引进国外***，采用进口的聚氨酯及其它原材料加工精制而成，该产品具有当涂料涂刮后它能吸收空气的湿气后而固化成膜的特点，从而克服了双组份聚氨酯防水涂料在使用前需现场调配混合的缺点。本产品施工方便，不含煤焦油沥青且***、无味，在防水工程中被广泛推广使用，是理想的环保型防水材料。甲、乙组份按一定比例混合均匀后，异氰酸酯基（-NCO）端基的预聚体通过与空气中的湿气反应而固化成膜。由于预聚体黏度适中，因而无需用有机溶剂稀释，它可以在相对温度90%的条件下施工。单组份潮固化聚氨酯防水涂料的发展施工方便、***，有利于环保，价格合理，是聚氨酯防水涂料的发展方向。

三、产品优点：

1、不含煤焦油，无易燃易爆物质，对涂料的储运和施工现场无需配备特殊的安全保障措施，刺激性异味小，减小污染属环保产品。

2、单组份施工、操作方便，施工安全，克服双组份材料调配混合不均而影响产品质量的缺点。

3、能在潮湿的基面上施工、具有良好的耐酸、耐碱、耐热耐寒（-30℃～90℃）、耐老化性能。

三、适用范围：

1、建筑物的各种平斜屋面、天沟、雨棚等及不规则的屋面的防水工程。

2、地下建筑防水工程，如地下室混凝土底板、内外墙、护土墙、隧道、井坑。

3、各种建筑物的防水工程，如卫生间、厨房、游泳池、花坛、水闸地面、施工缝、伸缩缝、穿墙管、落水口、球场，跑道等。

4、粘结防腐：可作管道外防腐、防腐地坪、防腐池。

五、施工方法：

1、基面处理：施工面要求坚实、平整、干燥，无明水、无尘土、无油污，低凹破损处须填补抹平。

2、施工：用橡胶刮板或棕刷均匀地涂刮在基面上，涂刮应在垂直的两个方向反复多次，确保涂料在基面的渗透和粘结，普通防水可涂刮一层，若较重要的防水可涂刮2~3 层，则涂刮后在***次不粘手时进行下一层施工。（若在涂层中加铺玻璃纤维布或无纺布能更好地增加其防水性能）。

3、保护层施工：为增加防水层与保护层之间的粘结力，在涂层尚未固化前，在其表面撒上粗沙或细石米，可使保护层和防水层之间的粘结牢固。 该涂料如果是在上人层面或者是人流、车辆流动较多的地方必须做

细石混凝土，厚度不得低于20MM。

4、材料用量：厚度1mm约1.2~1.4kg/㎡，1.5mm约1.6~2.3kg/㎡，2mm约2.5kg/㎡

六、注意事项：

1、本产品包装开启后而未用完，应立即密封开启口，以防吸潮固化而报废。如因储存不当，表面形成一层薄胶膜，则可除去后继续使用，若整桶成膜则要报废。

2、产品应密封储存在阴凉、干燥处、防潮、防高温、防火，产品保质期为一年。

3、该产品的防水年限可以达到国家的防水标准备（一级防水25年）。

Fifth, Shigongfangfa:

Notes:
